Frisch’s Mainliner
January is apparently National Soup Month and Frisch’s Big Boy is celebrating by giving away free grilled cheese sandwiches.
Well, free if you also purchase an entree-sized soup and salad bar.
Frisch’s describes their gooey, melted sandwich as being made with “two slices of Klosterman’s Texas Toast with four slices of American cheese, grilled to order.”
Soups are made from scratch and rotate daily, except for their vegetable soup, which is available every day.
- Monday is broccoli cheddar soup day.
- Tuesday is chicken tortilla soup day.
- Wednesday is chili day.
- Thursday is potato bacon soup day.
- Friday is clam chowder day.
- Saturday is bean soup day.
- Sunday is chicken noodle soup day.
This deal is available for dine-in only and only for a limited time.
Frisch’s also just added some other new, limited-time menu items: a cheesy bacon quarter pounder with cheddar and American cheese; a spicy cheesy bacon burger with jalapeno, spicy Frisch’s tartar sauce and pepper jack cheese; a peanut butter cream piebaby (aka tiny pie); and a peanut butter cream pie shake. These are available for dine-in, carry-out, drive-thru, etc.
