10 Greater Cincinnati Fish Frys Where You Can Drink | Things to Do | Cincinnati

Fish Fry Fridays at The Pony

It’s the beginning of fish fry season in Cincinnati, which means it’s time to plan out your Friday meals until April 14 — the last Friday of Lent.

Cincinnati is chock of Catholics, which also means the city is full of places that love throwing a classic fish fry. Each weekend you can find churches, restaurants or organizations throughout the city serving your dine-in, carry-out or drive-thru needs. 

The following frys have capitalized on that water-into-wine spirit and will be serving their fish with a side of alcohol.

American Legion Post #318
Dinners include your choice of fried or baked fish, shrimp or chicken nuggets, served with a side of french fries and one other side of your choice. Homemade desserts are also available. Braxton’s Garage Beer Fish Fry
Stop by Braxton’s taproom on Friday, March 4, for the first Garage Beer Fish Fry. Grab your favorite Braxton drafts, along with Braxton-beer-battered seasonal fish nuggets or sandwich served with fries and homemade tartar sauce. 5-9 p.m. March 4. 331 E. 13th St., Pendleton, facebook.com/events.

Germania Society
The Germania Society Klubhaus reopens for its 2022 Lenten fish fry, offering a full menu complete with fish dinners, sandwiches, soup, sides and pizza. The Klubhaus dine-in bar will be open during the festivities, and the event offers drive-thru beer and wine for those on the go. An 8-ounce fish dinner with two sides, cornbread and dessert will run you $16. 5-8 p.m. with the drive-thu closing at 7:30 p.m. Fridays March 4-April 8.  Germania Park, 3529 W. The Pony

Join the Mount Washington community for a Lenten fish fry. Choose between fish, shrimp or chicken entrees and add sides like french fries or mac & cheese. Guardian Angels
Guardian Angels Parish is hosting a drive-thru fish fry every Friday in lent, excluding Good Friday (April 15). Dine-in fish frys will also be available March 4, 11 and 18. Kolping Society’s Lenten Fish Fry
The Kolping Society is offering drive-thru fish fry Fridays during Lent, except for Good Friday. Guests can choose a fried or baked fish or shrimp dinner, $12 and $13 respectively. Our Lady of Sorrows

St. Veronica Church

St. Veronica 2022 Holy Name Fish Fry
